Cancellation Fees

• ご予約金は、手配や日程の確保にあてさせていただくため、ご返金できない点をご了承ください。
• 手配先の規定で上記を超える場合は、実費をご負担いただきます（お見積りの際に事前にお知らせします）。
• 全額お支払い済みの場合は、お支払い済みの金額からキャンセル料を引いた額をご返金します。ご返金時の振込手数料は、返金額から差し引きます。

• The booking deposit goes toward your arrangements and securing your dates, so we are unable to refund it. Thank you for your understanding.
• If a supplier's rules result in a higher fee than above, the actual cost will be charged (we will tell you in advance when we send your quote).
• If you have paid in full, we refund the amount you paid minus the cancellation fee. The bank fee for sending the refund is deducted from the refund.

When It Is Not on the Customer's Side

• 天災・戦乱・政情不安・渡航中止勧告などで安全に実施できない場合：まず日程変更をご相談します。難しい場合は、戻らない実費を除いてご返金します。
• Bird's Nest Journeyの都合（ガイドの病気など）の場合：代わりのガイドを手配します。
• 航空券の欠航・遅延：海外旅行保険（旅行取消費用・航空機遅延などの補償）でのご対応をお願いします。補償内容は保険ごとに異なりますので、ご加入前にご確認ください。ご加入を強くおすすめします。
• お客様が手配された航空券などの費用は、ご返金の対象外です。

• Natural disasters, war, political unrest, or travel advisories that make the trip unsafe: we will first talk with you about changing the dates. If that is difficult, we will refund the amount paid, excluding unrecoverable costs already paid to suppliers.
• Reasons on the Bird's Nest Journey side (for example, the guide's illness): we will arrange a replacement guide.
• Flight cancellations or delays: please handle these through overseas travel insurance (trip cancellation and flight delay coverage). Coverage varies by policy, so please check before you buy. We strongly recommend taking out insurance.
• Costs you arranged yourself, such as airline tickets, are not covered by refunds.
